Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Shipping Costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
